Biography

Jane Ashley Genung was born on 4 September 1804.^[1][2][3] She was the daughter of Ichabod Genung and Mary Pierson.^[2]

She married Hezekiah Woodward in 1832.^{[1][2][3][4][5]} They had the following children:^[1][3][4][5]

1. Laura "Laurie" Woodward, b. 1834, d. 1926
2. Thomas Woodward, b. 1836, d. 1888
3. Mary Elizabeth Woodward, b. 1841, d. 1906

Jane died on 30 March 1882 in Mount Hope, Orange County, New York.^[1][2][3] She was buried in Mount Hope Plains Cemetery, Otisville, Orange County, New York.^[3]
