Biography

Maria T Gillespie was born on 13 October 1838 at Virginia to her parents Col William Bowen Gillespie and Jane Draper Crockett. She married William P Kendrick on 14 February 1852 at Tazewell, Virginia^[1], and they had the following children: John Crockett Kendrick, Jennie Florence Kendrick, Ollie Elizabeth Kendrick, Barbara A Kendrick, Rees Bowen Kendrick, Joseph F Kendrick, Louisa Kendrick, Ella O Kendrick and Rosalie Kendrick. She died on 28 September 1902. She is buried at Grandview Cemetery, Albany, Gentry, Missouri^[2].

Maria T was born in 1830. She is the daughter of Col William Bowen Gillespie and Jane Draper Crockett. ^[3]
