Biography

Ruth was born in 1936. She may have married Chester G Sullivan.[1] When she passed away, she was buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. [2] Her grave is next to her ex-husband Joe R Wallace Jr's,^[1] and they both are inscribed with Debbie/Debra and Elaine, plus hers also has Joe Jr inscribed.
