Biography

Jacob Gilman was born 1682 in Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Jacob died on 11 Mar 1743 in Kingston, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.

On 1 Sep 1704 Jacob married Mary Ladd, daughter of Nathaniel Ladd (20 Mar 1651/2-11 Aug 1691) and Elizabeth Gilman (16 Aug 1661-ca 1732), in Kingston, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. They had at least nine children together.[1]

Born on 28 Dec 1682 in Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Mary died in Kingston, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, on 27 Apr 1743; she was 60.

A known daughter of Jacob Gilman and Mary Ladd is Mary Gilman, born December 19, 1715, died April 20, 1785, married David Moody, son of Clement Moody and Sarah Clark.
