The will of George Nicholls, father of Thomas' wife, Anne, mentions Thomas and leaves 400 acres to grandson, George Glascock adjoining the 500 acres "I have already confirmed to my daughter Anne Glascock."[3] He made his son-in-law, Thomas Glascock his sole executor. He also left 300 acres to his "grandchild, Ann Downing." He left the remainder to grandson, George Glascock, except to his grandchild Jane Glascock, "a piece of plate about five pounds value."[3]
Death and Legacy
Thomas died in 1701 at Richmond County, Virginia.[citation needed]
