Biography
Sarepta Gleason was born in about 1842 to Clarissa Bell and Ariel Gleason in Warrensville, Cuyahoga, Ohio.
After her mother died in 1850, Sarepta lived in the household of her uncle, Milo Gleason, along with her father, Ariel (aka Riley in the census), and brothers, Edwin, Cyrus and Francis.
