Biography
Phoebe was born in 1823. She is the daughter of James Gough and Ann Cain[1]

OBITUARY.
An old lady respected in the district passed over to the silent majority on Sunday last at Freeman's Reach, in the person of Mrs. Phoebe Baldwin. The funeral took place on the following day, and the large concourse of people that followed the remains of the old lady to their last resting place amply proved the esteem in which she was held. The interment took place in the Church of England cemetery, Windsor, Rev. P. W. Dowe officiating at the grave.
