Thomas Malcolm Govan was born in Victoria Cottage Hospital, Rothesay, Bute on 17 July 1951. He was the son of Thomas Govan and Margaret (Sanderson) Govan[1].
Thomas passed away in County Limerick, Ireland in 2021[2].
