Biography
Margaret Gray was born in 1833. She married James Scoular in the Colony of Victoria in 1858[1] She passed away in 1900. age 67 [2].
SCOULAR.— On the 27th May, at her residence, Hopetoun, Clyde avenue, Mornington, Margaret, widow of the late James Scoular, in her 68th year. Deeply regretted.[3]
Resaerch Notes
A Margaret Gray arrived in the Colony of Victoria in September 1856 on the Almora. She came from County Tyrone Ireland and was a farm servant she went to work for a Mrs Angus in Darebin Creek [4]
