Timothy Green, son of Samuel, was b. 1679 and died 4 May 1757. He married 1st- Mary Flint and 2nd- Abigail Hill. He settled in New London CT in 1714. He had 6 sons, 5 became printers. Timothy's son Timothy b. 12 Dec 1703 in Boston MA started the New London Summary in 1752 and the Weekly Advertiser in 1758. He died Oct 1763 in New London CT from The Green Family: Early CT. Newspaper Publishers @ the CT State Library website. He is sometimes referred to as Deacon Timothy Green of New London.
