  • Last will and testament of Thomas Greene of Charlestown dated 15 May 1793 at Charlestown. Names unnamed Wife and makes mention of him returning the estate she came with when he married her. Children named in the will include:
  • Mary Potter and Ruth Salisbury, daughters.
  • Grandson Simon Perry Greene.
  • Son Rubin.
  • Son John.
  • Son Stephen.
  • Son Sylvester.
  • Will proved 5 Aug 1793. Son Rubin is the executor of his father's estate and he names the wife of Thomas Greene as Dinah Greene. He makes arrangements to keep her comfortable while she remains his father's widow.

This Thomas Greene who died in Charlestown, came from Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island per land deeds.
