ENOS GREENFIELD---This Pensioner was 71 in 1820, and having no family dependent on him, he lived with his son-in-law, Thomas Grimes, who married his daughter Mary. His property was worth &87.25, and included a cow va;ued at $11; (she was not a Holstein), plow irons worth $3; and seven old drag teeth worth $2.50 Besides this, Thomas Dyer before mentioned, owed him $4, and an absconding debtor something more. He enlisted for one year in Dec. '75, in New London, in Col. Charles Webb's Reg't., Conn. Line, and was discharged at Fishkill, N. Y., Han. 1, '77, after being in the battles of White Plains and Long Island.
