Biography
Elizabeth was the youngest daughter of Richard Gresham and Audrey Lynn. She was born in or before 1522, when her mother died.
Elizabeth never married, perhaps because her father's Will required her to obtain the permission of his executors. In her own Will, rejected by the Court, she expressed a grievance that her father had tied up her money so that she was not free to leave it as she wished.
She died, officially intestate, 26 March 1552.
