Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1861, the daughter of Francis Grooby and Mary Lewis.
She married Frederick Jennings in 1878.[1]
She passed away in 1931[2] and was buried in Ashhurst Cemetery, Manawatu-Whanganui, New Zealand.[3]
COLONIST, VOLUME XX, ISSUE 2444, 12 SEPTEMBER 1878, PAGE 2 JENNINGS— GBOOBY.- August 6, at St. Thomas's Church, Motueka, by the Rev. S. Poole, Mr Frederick Jennings, to Elizabeth, youngest daughter of Mr F. Grooby, of Pangatotara.[1]
