Minerva Elizabeth "Bettie" Gunn was born in 1849 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. See Research Notes. She was the daughter of Abner Gunn and Susan Smith.[1]
She was first married 8 December 1865 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to Alfred Taylor Miller. [2] They had two children:

Birth: The birth date inscribed on his tombstone is 15 January 1849. Her death certificate shows birth as 15 November 1849.
