In the 1940 census Cornelius (age 3) was the son of Parvin L Gunter in Coffeyville, Montgomery, Kansas, United States.^[1]

In the 1950 census Cornelius (age 13) was the son of Reba Gunter in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States.^[2]

Cornelius died (age 53) on 26 February 1990 in North Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada, United States.^[3]
