Joseph Hager Jr. of Waltham was a soldier in the Revolutionary War, serving as a Private in Capt. Abraham Peirce's (Waltham) company of militia, which marched on the alarm of April 19, 1775, to Concord and Lexington, his company called out by Col. Thomas Gardner. [1] [2]

Joseph Hager was born on December 31, 1736 in Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of Joseph Hagar and Grace (Bigelow) Hagar. [3] [4]

Joseph Jr. married Lois Fisk, May 3, 1764 in Waltham. [3]

Joseph died on October 1, 1776 in Waltham, aged 39. [3]

He is buried in Grove Hill Cemetery, Waltham, Massachusetts. [5]
