The original document for the 1910 census shows George A. Haggard, not George H. Haggard.
Not sure about the "J" for Charlotte, or much of her history, as I haven't been able to find much yet. Her father was John Hodge (from NC) and her mother's first name was Nancy (from NC). She and her siblings were from KY.
