Biography
John Douglas was born in 1861. He was the son of Peter Haggie and Elizabeth Jollie. (note that his head stone incorrectly records his birth as 2nd July 1862)
Agent and manager 1904 to 1914 at Walbottle Colliery Lemington-on-Tyne.
Agent and manager 1915 to 1924 at Pegswood Colliery.
He passed away in 1924.
