Biography

Henry was born in 1850, on the ocean, as his parents were coming to America. It is said that he was born in the gulf of Mexico before arriving at New Orleans.

Henry was born in 1850. He passed away in 1933. Son of Charles Hahn and Margaret Weil. Henry was born on the ocean, just off New Orleans, LA, when his parents were enroute from Hesse-Darmstadt, Germany. Henry was a wagon-maker by trade. Later, he operated a woodworking shop in Riverside, Iowa. He married again, after the death of Amelia. After his second wife died in 1931, he moved to Cedar Rapids, where his two sons and their families lived.
