Biography
Phebe was born about 1840. She married Washington Boggs in 1847, and they had two children, Joseph and Sarah. Records from Cane Creek Friends Meeting indicate Phebe was "minuted a member" of the Meeting in October 28, 1876,[1][2] and that she passed away on May 21, 1896.[3] Burial information for neither Phebe nor her husband Washington has been found.
