Harold was born in 1896 in England. He was the son of William Halkyard and Lucy (Ratcliffe) Halkyard.^[1][2]

In the 1901 census Harold (age about 5) was living in Milnrow, Lancashire, England.^[3]

Harold arrived in 1906.^[4]

In the 1910 census Harold (age about 14) was living in Fall River Ward 9, Bristol, Massachusetts.^[4]

Harold died at the age of about 31 on 27 October 1927 in Fall River city, Bristol, Massachusetts.^[5]
