Harry Hall was born on 12 Apr 1916 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, England, United Kingdom, son of Richmond Arthur Hall (~1870 - ~1924) and Emma (Horlington) Hall (1872 - 1970).^[1][2]
