Florence Matilda Halloran was born in 1899, her birth registered that year in Barraba, New South Wales. She is the daughter of Herbert B. Halloran and Rose Booth. ^[1]

In 1920, she married Charles Mitchell Robinson, their marriage registered Barraba, New South Wales. ^[2]

WEDDINGS

A wedding was celebrated at "Coondarra," Upper Morton, on Wednesday, June 9, when Charles Michell [sic], son of Mr. W. J. Robinson, "Lyndfield," Barraba, was united to Florence Matilda, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Halloran, "Coondarra," Upper Horton, the officiating clergyman being the Rev. A. R. Pegler, Vicar of the parish. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a pretty frock of white crepe-de-chene [sic] and georgette. She also wore a wreath and veil, mob cap fashion, and carried a handsome shower bouquet. There were two bridesmaids sisters of the bride and bridegroom) who wore dresses of white, and carried bouquets. Mr. Arthur Halloran was best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at "Coondarra." ^[3]

Florence Matilda Robinson passed away in 1958. Her death was registered Barraba, New South Wales, with the forenames of her parents indexed as Herbert Bourne and Rose.^[4]
