Sarah Hamaty was born in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, United States May 8, 1912. Her parents were Jabour and Mary (Hyder) Hamaty.
Sara had seven siblings. She was the sister of Anne Hamaty, Martha Hamaty, Faye (Hamaty) Connolly, Michael Hamaty Simon Hamaty, John Hamaty, and George Hamaty.
Sarah served in World War II as a Sergeant in the Women's Army Corps. Following her service, she worked as a supply chain expert at the Defense Supply Agency.
Sara married William Nader. Bill and Sarah owned a haberdashery store in South Philadelphia.
Sarah (Hamaty) Nader passed away peacefully at age 107 on May 1, 2020 in Media, Pennsylvania, United States.
