Birth

Margaretta was born in Ireland in 1848, she was the daughter of Jane Wilson and Henry Stuart Hamilton. ^{[citation needed]}

Marriage

She married Doctor James Foster McConaghy 1847–1887 in Urney, Ireland 2 July 1875. ^[1] James was born in Donegal Ireland and died in London.
