At Ardee on the 2nd instant, the Rev. Edward M Hamilton, of Brown Hall, County of Donegall, to Martha Anne, eldest daughter of the late Colonel Fortcscue, of Clyde Farm, County Louth.
They had at least four children:
Edward William, b 2 November 1830. Educated Cheltenham College. Admitted to Trinity College, Cambridge Univeristy on 23 March 1849. Died 1855.
Martha (Matty) Angelina (b. 1834, d. 1908) married Rev Henry Stewart Eglinton on 20 August 1861.
Chichester (b. 1835, d. 1879)
Jennie (Jane) (b. 1844, d. 1935)
He died in 1861.
