Biography
Cyrus Hamlin was born at Livermore, Maine (then in Massachusetts), on 17 Jul 1802, the son of Cyrus Hamlin and Anna (Livermore) Hamlin.[1]
He received an M.D. degree from Bowdoin College in 1828. He settled at Calais, Maine, but died in May 1839 at Galveston, Texas, where he had done for the sake of his health.[2]
