Biography
William Handy was born on 15 Aug 1762 in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, son of John Handy II (1714 - ~1796).
His siblings were:
- Paul Handy (1758 - >1793)
- Keziah (Handy) Burgess (1760 - 1842)
William married Love Swain (1779 - 1857) on 15 Jul 1796 in Sandwich. Their son was Joshua Handy (1813 - 1887).
William died on 8 Feb 1852 in Sandwich aged 89. He is buried in Cataumet Cemetery, Bourne, Massachusetts.
