Maurice was born in 1877. He was the son of Robert Hankey and Helen Bakewell.
He was married to Adeline Hermine Gertrude Ernestine De Smidt on the 16th September 1903 at St Marks Church, Brighton.[1]
He died in 1963.[2]
See Wikipedia for more information[3] and The Imperial War Museum, Lives of the First World War.[4]
His titles are many as can be seen from his Wiki profile, having been a senior civil servant he later joined the government as a minister, his titles should read somthing like this (The Right Honourable, The Lord Hankey. GCB GCMG GCVO PC FRS) very difficult to work out how to do this within the confines of WikiTree, so I've removed any mention of these honours and awards from the suffix and prefix fields.
