Mary Harrell is a part of US Black heritage.

Mary was born about 1820. She was born enslaved and we only know her name from her son's marriage record and death certificate.

Research Notes

A search of the 1870 census needs to be made. Hopefully, she was still alive and living near one of her sons. A cursory search did not return any results.
