Louisa was born in 1830. She was the daughter of Israel Hart and Isabella Levy.

Marriage

She married Samuel De Beer 1819 -1894 in Victoria in 1854. ^[1]

On the 20th inst., at the Melbourne Synagogue, by the Rev. M.
