Lemon was born 1 Jan 1837 at Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Cornelius Hart and Eliza Beams. Lemon passed away 18 Dec 1901 at Goodland, Kiamitia County, Pushmataha District, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory.[2] He is buried at the Hart Indian Cemetery, Choctaw County, Oklahoma.[3]
