Biography
Alcie was born in 1937. She was the daughter of Ray Hartley and Hazel Burford. Alcie was named for her father's mother. She married (1) Gailon Davis. They had a family. After 1960, she moved to Yakima and married John Steinborn. They had children, too. Alcie passed away in 2019.
