Mrs. Clara Carmean, 79, of 525 W. Pennsylvania Ave., died at 9 a.m. Friday in Cray Nursing Home, Dunkirk.
She was the widow of Allison Elza Carmean who died in 1961.
She was born August 28, 1883 in Harding County.
Surviving are two sons, James of Concord, Calif. and Roy Hoover of Munith, Mich.; four daughters, Mrs. Martha Taylor of Marshall, Mich.; Mrs. Roberta Botkin of Alger; Mrs. Alice Willard of Toledo, and Mrs. Maxine Green of Cridersville; a half-brother, Theodore Hattery of Toledo; a half-sister, Mrs. Ethel Shroll of Alger; 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Chiles and Sons-Laman Chapel, with Rev. T. E. Hartshorn officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
Friends may call after 7 p.m. Saturday.
