Margaret Haviland was born January 18,1836 in Londonderry Ireland. She came to Byron at the age of 13. In 1857 she married Daniel McCaughna. They had ten children. She died February 2, 1911 and was laid to rest in Byron cemetery. I have a copy of the posting in the newspaper.
