• Limerick Genealogy- Death Records: John Hayes died Saturday 19th July aged 90. The cause of death was recorded as Senile Decay and was not certified. The death record also shows there was no medical attendant, and therefore probably died at home. It stated that John was a widower and a farmer from the townland of Mohernagh. John's death was registered by William Hayes also of Mohernagh, who was stated to be John's son. William Hayes registered the death of his father on Saturday 23 August 1890 in the Registrar's District of Shanagolden.
