Richard was born in 1726. He was the son of Thomas Heber and Elizabeth Atherton. He was baptised at Marton in Craven, Yorkshire, England on 22 February 1766.[1] He lived in Hornet, Shropshire, England. He passed away in 1766 and was buried at Marton in Craven on 7 July 1766.[2]
