Biography
George Gilbert Henly was one of nine children of George Henly, a saddler from Bristol, and Mary Grace Roberts, his wife, born in Rhyl, North Wales, and a nurse. On 31 August 1911 he married Florence Sarah Dubbin, and they had three daughters.
