Biography

Charles m. Penelope Potter, b. 1790 and dau. of Benedict Arnold Potter (b. September 12, 1761, South Kingston, Rhode Island; d. 1810 Harrisburg, Dauphin, Pennsylvania. He was the son of William Potter and Penelope Hazard) and Sarah Brown (b. New London, New London, Connecticut. Charles and Penelope had one child Miles.
