Biography
Mary was born in 1826. Her parents were David Hess and Elizabeth (Martin) Hess. [1]
She married Seth Hackman in 1849.
In 1860 she was 34 and living with her husband and 5 young children in Ohio. [2]
In 1870 they were living in Ohio with 7 children and her mother in law Catherine Hackman. [3]
In 1880 they were living in Ohio with 3 children. [4]
In 1900 she was 74 and living with her husband in Ohio. Their widowed daughter Annie Martin and Annie's son Henry were living with them. [5]
She passed in 1909. Parents listed. [1]
Mary was buried in County Line Mennonite Cemetery, Baughman Township, Wayne County, Ohio. [6]
