George Hibbard was born Mar 1899 in Prairie du Chien, Crawford County, Wisconsin, United States.^[1] His parents are George Peter Hibbard and Wilhelmina Jahn.

On the 30 Jun 1900 census of Knowlton, Marathon, Wisconsin, United States, George was living at home with his parents and his sister, Florence.^[1]

At 10 years of age, George died in 1909 in Sandpoint, Bonner, Idaho, United States. He is buried there, next to his brother, Claud, in Lakeview Cemetery.^[2]
