IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales.—Probate Jurisdiction.—Re will of THOMAS JOSEPH HICKEY, late of Waratah, in the State of New South Wales, pensioner, deceased.—Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 12th June, 1958.—Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1954 (Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1919-1954, and Trustee Act, 1925-1942), Frances Amelia Hickey and Margaret Mary Rooney, the executrices of the will of the said Thomas Joseph Hickey, who died on the 6th June, 1957, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said executrices, or to Johnson & Dyce, their solicitors, at 77a Hanbury-street, Mayfield, on or before the 12th day of February, 1958, at the expiration of which time the said executrices will distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice. —Dated the 5th day of December, 1958.
