Biography

Louisa Jane (Higgins) Thomas was born in 1836 in Indiana, United States. Her parents were Tolbert Higgins (~1807 - 1840) and Matilda Mounteford (Jones) Burns (1809 - ~1902).
Louisa married Isaac Newton Thomas (1831 - 1910) on August 24, 1854 in Daviess, Missouri.[1] Their children were:
  1. Minerva Jane Thomas (1855 - 1925)
  2. Mary Angeline Thomas (1857 - 1936)
  3. Matilda Caroline Thomas (1857 - 1913)
  4. Martha Evaline Thomas (1859 - 1896)
  5. Barbara Allen Thomas (1861 - ).
