Notes
Note N3011/16/2013
My father died on 6/15/1998 in his apartment in Indianapolis, IN. His body was cremated. We had a private service at the Riviera Club 5640 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46208 (317) 255 5471 His ashes were buried under the large oak tree at the front entrance. Attendees: Myself, David E. Brown Higgs, my wife Lisa Kettelkamp Brown, my two sons David Isaac Brown, Daniel Alexander Brown, my daughter Kristen Alies Brown. My mother Carol Joyce Brown. My Brother, Ralph Everett Brown, My Sister Janice Carol Brown, My half sister, Bonnie Solberg and her husband. There was also a close friend of my Dad's at the service. We dug a small grave. I place a metal wedge next to the ashes. The wedge is heavy and is used for splitting wood. I placed it there to allow detection by a metal detector if anyone has the desire to find the grave.
David E. Brown
