Louisa was born in 1872. She was the daughter of John Higham and Theresa Dunn.

Louisa (age 27), daughter of John Higham, married Leonard Cooper on 18 October 1899 in St John the Evangelist, Blackheath, Greenwich, England. He was 25, a batchelor, labourer and the son of Leonard Cooper (Deceased signalman) and she was 27 a spinster, in domestic service, the daughter of Jophn Higham, a coachman ^[2]

She passed away in 1950.^[3]
