Biography

Eliza Hockney was born in 1838 in Doncaster, Yorkshire, England to John Hockney and Elizabeth (Penny) Hockney. Her birth was registered in Doncaster in the first quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Penny.^[1]

She was christened on 18 Mar 1838 in Doncaster.^[2]
