Biography

Charles was born in 1900. He is the son of Charles Hodge and Mary Converse. [1][2]

He was inducted into the army briefly in WWI. He was inducted to begin training at the University of Pennsylvania on Oct 9, 1918, but was honorably discharged on Dec 13, 1918 due to demobilization.

In 1931 he married Ruth Patrick. They had one child, Charles Hodge V.

For WWII, he filled out a draft registration card while working at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, but it is uncertain if he served.

He died in 1985[3] and is buried in Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, New Jersey, the same cemetery as his parents.[4]
