Henry wrote his will on January 24, 1753. It was proven on March 20, 1753.
abstract: To brother James Holmes my plantation which I now live upon & all the land pertaining to it provided he pays unto my daughters Elizabeth Holmes L20 at age 21;& negroes... daughter Tamer Holmes L20 at age 21 & negroes...brother John Holmes all my wearing clothes .... this will gives cattle &c to each but the bulk of estate to brother James Holmes
