Mary Elizabeth Holmes was born in 1871, daughter of William James Holmes (1837– ).

Mary and Frank John Karsch were married.

Mary passed away in 1970 in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, Canada, aged 98. She was buried in Maple Creek Cemetery.^[1]
